Jo Jenson brings more than 30 years of administration experience in to organisations.

Jo is a dynamic trainer who communicates with a no-nonsense approach and always captivates her learners by her extensive knowledge and experience. She is passionate about helping those in the administrative profession achieve their career goals. Her sense of humour and down-to-earth attitude towards learning and living make her a trainer not to be missed.

Her employment history has included a range of positions, in both the public and private sectors, having worked alongside high profile people and politicians. She also has experience in the banking, real estate and medical sectors. Currently completing her Doctorate in Education, Jo has a Masters in Workplace Education at RMIT, and is confident this will complement her on-the-job experience and add another dimension to her role as trainer. She has a qualification in Business and Marketing, Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training & a Graduate Diploma in Education and Training.

In 2000 she was commissioned by Swinburne University to write their postgraduate course in Management (Executive Management). She was subsequently invited to join the University as a part time lecturer; a position she continues with today. Jo participated in the conversion of this material to an online learning program and she is now an e-moderator for online students.

She is passionate about supporting organisations to develop their people to achieve higher levels of excellence and satisfaction in their lives. She is regarded by both her clients and peers as a mentor and an expert in interpersonal and communication skills together with work-life balance and particular emphasis in the area of time management.
